Using the platform
By creating an account you agree to use this site honestly - accurate gig descriptions, real deliverables, and fair dealing between buyers and sellers.
Orders and payments
Payment for an order is held until the buyer accepts the delivered work, at which point it becomes available to the seller, minus the platform commission.
Disputes
If a buyer and seller disagree about a delivery, either party can open a case through the Resolution Center for review.
